The Austin High-Tech Real Estate Agent Alliance is comprised of four Austin REALTORS who decided to join forces to make buying and selling Austin real estate more efficient and effective. Curtis Reddehase, Joe Cline, Sam Chapman and Brian Talley work for different companies but they have agreed that combining their knowledge of technology in real estate will benefit everyone involved.
We meet monthly to exchange ideas and to discuss how we can improve our web sites to best benefit our clients. We recognize that the majority of buyers will look to the internet first when searching for homes and that sellers need to achieve maximum exposure on the internet when listing their homes for sale.
The team has found that the most important thing for buyers searching for homes on the internet is to have access to an effective, accurate, easy to use search feature. Over the past few years we have learned what works and what doesn’t and we have incorporated features into our web sites that give clients fast, accurate and current results.

Curtis Reddehase
Curtis Reddehase is President of Sky Realty, an Austin real estate brokerage of approximately 80 agents. Curtis works diligently with his agents on setting up and maintaining effective real estate web sites and Austin real estate blogs. Curtis maintains an office on Spicewood Springs Road in north central Austin. He also has a satellite office in Del Valle and plans to open an office in South Austin in the near future.
Joe Cline

Sam Chapman
Sam Chapman is an independent contractor with Private Label Realty. Sam’s specialty is working with buyers from outside of Texas. He has built his Austin real estate web site with the goal of educating buyers because he feels that educated buyers can make better purchasing decisions. Sam’s web site also has an excellent online Austin home search feature. Sam primarily works the Lake Travis real estate market, which includes homes in Lakeway, Briarcliff, Bee Cave, Apache Shores and Hudson Bend, but he does cover the rest of the Austin area as well. Although Sam specializes in working with relocating buyers, he also lists Austin homes for sale.
Brian Talley
Regent Property Group LLC was founded by Austin Realtor® Brian Talley, a multi-million dollar producer in Austin, Texas helping customers buy and sell Austin real estate. Brian started Regent Property Group LLC following a nine year career in corporate and commercial real estate. Brian managed large commercial transactions for Fortune 500 firms all over the country before leaving Johnson Controls to start his own real estate business.
