I love the architecture of Villas of Lost Canyon. It is so unique to this area. Most of the buildings in or near downtown are modern and this is a great variation.

Travis Heights location cannot be beat in my book. Just a short distance to downtown, the hike and bike trail, SoCo shopping and restaurants and more. The homes range from original to newly built and offer a lot of character and luxury.

You’re absolutely right. 360 has one of the most luxurious locations in Austin! There’s also a nice variety in floor plans. And every unit has floor to ceiling windows and views, views, views! If 360 is a 95 walk score, I’ll have to research what 100 would be…..

I just showed West Rim last week. The other feature that is worth mentioning is that there’s a fenced playground area in the community common area on the lake. I hear it’s a great place to host kids’ birthday parties!
